Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Ripe bananas
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Cold water
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
2 oz Cranberry liqueur
1/2 pt Cream, whipped
peel and slice bananas. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine
sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur,
Blend in blender until smooth. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in
whipped cream and freeze. serves 6 to 8
