1 1/4 lb Unsalted almonds
3 tb Coarsely chopped fresh
Rosemary leaves
3/4 ts Cayenne
3 ts Firmly packed dark brown
Sugar
3 ts Coarse salt
1 tb Unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On a baking sheet spread almonds and toast in middle of oven until
golden, about 12 to 15 minutes. While nuts are toasting, in a large
bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Toss nuts with rosemary
mixture.
Yield: 4 cups
