Main Ingredients:
2/3 c butter
1/4 c chopped green onion
2/3 c flour
1-3/4 c chicken broth
1-2/3 c evap milk
1-1/2 c (12 oz) beer
3/4 c (80z) Velveeta
1-1/2 t Worchestershire
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat; add onion and cook til tender;
stir in flour; gradually stir in remaining ingredients; let simmer until well
blended
