2 oz Squares chocolate; grated 1 Egg; beaten slightly
1/2 c -boiling water 1/8 ts Salt
2 c Milk 1/8 ts Nutmeg
3 tb Sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Heavy cream
Boil chocolate and water 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Cook in
double boiler 1 hour, beating at intervals.
