Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Flour
1 c Salt
2 c Water
Food coloring
4 ts Cream of Tartar
Mix the food coloring into the water and then add the other
ingredients. Cook on top of the stove over medium heat until the
mixture comes away from the side of the pan. Cool until you can
handle it and then knead out the lumps. Cool completely for children
to handle. Store tightly covered.
