Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk frozen chopped leaf spinach
1 pt helman's mayonaise (16 oz)
1 c sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c chopped onions
Thaw and drain spinaach well. Thoroughly mix all
ingredients together. Chill, for best results, chill
overnight. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with
pumpernickle bread.
Spinach-Artichoke-Parmesan Dip
3 lb frozen chopped spinach; drai
8 cn (soup size) artichoke hearts
1 ga mayonnaise
3 1/2 qt grated parmesan cheese
2 tb minced garlic
Chop the artichoke hearts together into small pieces. Mix all ingredients
