250 g Brot; altes
1 Zwiebel
1 1/2 l Wutstbruehe
1 pn Kuemmel
Salz

Das Fett in einem Topf zerlassen, das Brot in Stuecke schneiden und
zugeben. Die Zwiebel wuerfeln, alles anroesten, dann mit der Bruehe
auffuellen. Den Kuemmel zugeben und mit Salz abschmecken. Die Suppe
kochen, bis das Brot weich ist, dann durchpassieren und noch einmal
aufkochen.
