Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Bunch tender beets; 2 tb Lemon juice;
2 tb Butter -=OR=- Salt and pepper;
2 tb Margarine;
Peel beets, slice thinly, and place in center of square of Heavy Duty
Reynolds Wrap. Add remaining ingredients and close Reynolds Wrap into
bundle. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
