Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Lean ground beef 1 ts Dried thyme
1 Green bell pepper; cored 1 ts Paprika
-- seeded and minced Red pepper flakes; to taste
1/2 c Chopped scallions Salt; to taste
3 Garlic cloves; minced 6 Hamburger buns; toasted
2 ts Ground cumin Sliced tomatoes
2 ts Dried oregano Sour cream

Combine beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add
cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt to taste;
mix until blended. Shape into 6 patties.

Broil, fry or grill the meat to desired doneness. Place on toasted
buns and top with tomatoes and sour cream.
