1/2 c Dry white wine 1 Small white onion; minced
1/2 c Soy sauce 1 Small garlic clove; crushed
1/4 c Water 1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce
2 tb Light brown sugar 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
