1/4 c Reduced sodium soy sauce 1 t Salt
2 T Honey 1 t Chinese five-spice powder
2 T Sugar 3 ea Quarter-size slices fresh
2 T Dry sherry -ginger, crushed
Extracted from a Char Siu Ding (Pork) recipe. Should be tested.
In a pan, combine soy, honey, sugar, sherry, salt, five-spice and
ginger. Heat for one minute to dissolve sugar.
