Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Ground beef 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Onion, chopped 1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Water 1 1/2 c Minute rice, uncooked
1/2 c Catsup 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tb Prepared mustard

Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium high heat; drain fat.
Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand five minutes. Fluff
with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until
cheese melts. Garnish with lettuce leaves, pickle and tomato slices.
