Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

8 ea Pork chops 1 cn (10 1/2 oz.) Cream of
1 t Salt -chicken soup
2 T Drippings or oil 1 c Milk
1 c Instant rice

Using a flameproof-ovenproof covered casserole, brown the salted
chops in drippings (or oil.) Cover with rice. Combine soup and milk,
and pour over rice, making sure all rice is moistened. Cover tightly.
Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
