1 c Heavy cream -- orange juice
3/4 c Milk 1 pk (4-oz) instant pudding mix,
1/4 c Dark rum, grand marnier, -- chocolate fudge

Preparation Time: 0:10 1. In a medium bowl, beat cream with an
electric mixer on high until stiff; set aside. In a medium bowl,
combine milk and rum; add pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on
low speed until well blended, 1 to 2 mins. 2. Fold whipped cream into
pudding mixture until no white streaks remain. Use immediately to
fill and frost cake.

NOTE; enough to to fill and frost a 9-inch 2-layer cake. Be sure to
keep refrigerated.
