Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
18 Chocolate sandwich cookies
Finely crushed
3 tb Butter, melted
1 qt Mint chocolate chip ice
Cream, softened
1 c Whipped cream
8 Chocolate covered mint candy
Mix together cookie crumbs and butter: Press into 9" pie plate to make
crust. Freeze 1 hour. Spread Ice Cream iun an even layer. Freeze 8
hours. Spoon whipped cream over top: Garnish with candies. Serve
Immediately.
