Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 tb Unsweetened dutch cocoa 3 1/2 ts Aspartame sweetener
-- powder lg Pinch unsweetened dutch
3 tb Rum -- cocoa powder
2 2/3 c Ricotta cheese, low-fat lg Pinch aspartame sweetener

Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 Combine cocoa and
rum and stir until smooth. Add mixture to ricotta. Add aspartame and
stir together well.

Spoon pudding into glass bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours or more. Mix a
large pinch each of cocoa and aspartame and sprinkle over pudding.
Divide pudding among 8 dessert bowls.
