Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 6-oz packages Pepperidge 1 tb Unsalted butter, cut
-Farm Cappuccino cookies, -into pieces, room temp.
-broken 1 lg Egg yolk
Finely grind cookies in processor. Add butter and yolk and blend well.
Press crumbs evenly and firmly over ice cream and truffle filling (do
not cover bowl rim). Cover and freeze overnight. (Can be prepared 4
days ahead.)
