Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 c Cubed cooked chicken 2 ts Curry powder
1 c Chopped celery 3/4 c Light mayonnaise
1/4 c Chopped green onion 1/4 c Light sour cream
2 Apples, cubed 2 tb Chutney
1/4 c Raisins 2 tb Slivered preserved ginger
1/4 c White wine or orange juice

In bowl, toss together chicken, celery, onion and apples. In small
saucepan, combine raisins, wine and curry powder; heat until raisins
are plump. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine mayonnaise, sour
cream,chutney and giner; pour over chicken mixture and stir gently to
coat. Makes 6 servings.
