3 tb Butter 1 tb Tomato paste
1 sm Onion, chopped 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Green pepper, seeded and 1 tb Sherry
-finely chopped 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
6 1/2 oz Can chopped clams, drained 4 sl Buttered toast
1 c Grated Swiss cheese
Melt butter in frying pan. Add onion and green pepper; saute for three
minutes. Add clams, cheese, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce,
sherry and cayenne pepper; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese
melts. Pile on toast and serve hot.
