Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg Whites ds Salt
1/3 c Sugar 1/4 ts Almond Extract
2 tb Flour 2 c Coconut
Heat oven to 325 F. Grease and lightly flour cookie sheet. In medium
bowl, beat egg whites lightly. Add sugar, flour, salt and almond
extract; blend well. Stir in coconut. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2
inches apart onto greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 325 F for
13 to 17 mins or until set and lightly brown. Immediately remove from
cookie sheet.
Makes 12 cookies.
