Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 tb Celery seed
1 1/2 tb Salt
2 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Dry mustard -- Coleman's
1/2 ts Whole thyme
1 tb Paprika
1 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 ts Ground ginger --
2 Bay leaves -- crushed
Grind all ingredients in an electric coffee grinder of in a
medium-sized food processor. Store in a covered container.
