Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn 8 oz crushed pineapple 1/4 c Mandarin oranges
4 oz Gingersnaps 1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Dry sherry Grated chocolate (garnish)
2 tb Golden raisins

Drain pineapple; crush gingersnaps. Mix together with sherry, raisins
and oranges. Lightly whip cream; gently fold in pineapple-gingersnap
mixture; chill. Spoon into dessert or parfait glasses; sprinkle with
grated chocolate; serve cold. Serves 4.
