Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lg cucumber
1 sm onion -- chopped fine
1 TB fresh mint -- chopped
1/4 c white vinegar
1 ts sugar
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts lemon pepper seasoning
Peel cucumber and chop into 1/4-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients
in bowl and mix. Serve at room temperature. Serves 4.
