2 md Green Onions W/Tops; Finely
-Chopped, About 4 T.
1/8 ts Cayenne Pepper
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add the remaining
ingredients. Blend well, cover, and chill until ready to serve. Can
be made up to 2 hours in advance.
