2 1/2 c Cucumber, peeled and thinly 2 tb Mint leaves, fresh, minced
-sliced 1 ts Salt
2 c Yogurt 1 Garlic clove, crushed
Mix all ingredients together GENTLY, and refrigerate for 3 to 5
hours. The salt will break down the yogurt somewhat, and you will
have a thin, flavorful, and refreshing yogurt salad dish.
