Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
12 White Castle hamburgers
(Pickles ketchup included)
1 lb Ground pork
2 Cloves garlic
8 Sprigs chopped parsley
1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c Milk
1 Pinch oregano
1/2 Can tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl. Grease loaf
pan. Shape mixture and place in pan; smooth meat with oiled hands.
Pour tomato sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 deg F. for one hour.
