Main Ingredients:
2 tbsp. powdered tempera paint
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. plastic of paris
1 sm. waxed c. (5 oz. or larger)
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix paint and water in the waxed cup. Slowly add plastic and mix until creamy. Let set until hard, about 1 hour. Peel away the cup and it is ready to use. Great fun on the sidewalk.
