Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 cn Water chestnuts, sliced
1 md Onion, diced
1 1/2 c Celery, diced
1 sm Package of frozen peas
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 Head lettuce, torn in bite
Size pieces
1 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Sugar
Mix mayonnaise and sugar together with everything else but lettuce.
Put lettuce over top, cover, refrigerate overnight. Mix before
serving. Can mix lettuce with others also, but it tends to wilt at
