Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 No 2 can whole-kernel or Crumbs
Cream-style corn 1/2 sm Onion
1/2 c Milk if using cream-style 3 tb Chopped green pepper or
Corn or 3/4 cup if using Pimento
Whole-kernel corn Salt and pepper
1 c Dried bread or cracker 2 tb Butter or margarine
Combine corn and milk. Add bread or cracker crumbs, onion, green
pepper and seasonings. Pour in to greased 1 quart casserole. Dot with
butter. Bake in moderate oven (350 dg) 30 minutes.
