1/4 c Cornstarch 1/2 c Brown sugar or Sucanat
1 1/2 c ;water 1/2 c No-salt-added ketchup
1 c White wine vinegar
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water and stir until
thickened. Set aside.
In medium saucepan, combine remaining one cup water, vinegar, brown
sugar and ketchup and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and gradually add cornstarch mixture a
tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Set aside to cool and serve.
