Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Mashed sweet potatoes 1 ts Lemon juice
2/3 c Sugar 1/2 Stick margarine or butter,
1 ts Vanilla Melted.
Mix ingredients together and pack in 2 qt casserole.
Cut 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 c flour and 1/2 stick butter together. Sprinkle
on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
