8 oz Cream cheese 1/2 t Horseradish
1 c Crab/Shrimp or combination 1/2 t Salt
2 T Chopped sweet onion 1/2 t Pepper
2 T Skim milk 1/4 t Dry mustard
Soften cream cheese in micro on high for 2 minutes unwrapped in a
glass dish. Mix all remaining ingredients into cheese and bake on
medium high for 4-6 minutes or until hot.
Serve with vegetable sticks, french bread cubes or crackers.
