1 ea Turkey breast half 1/4 c Green onions -- chopped
With bone (2-1/2 to 3 2 ea Garlic cloves -- minced
Pounds) 2 tb Fresh dill -- minced
1 c Plain yogurt Or 2 teaspoons dill weed
1/4 c Lemon juice 1/2 ts Crushed dried rosemary
3 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt -- optional
1/4 c Fresh parsley -- minced 1/4 ts Pepper
Place turkey in a glass baking dish. In a small bowl, combine all
remaining ingredients; spread over the turkey. Cover and refrigerate
for 6-8 hours or overnight. Remove turkey, reserving marinade. Grill
turkey, covered, over medium-hot coals, basting often with marinade,
for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until juices run clear or internal
temperature reaches 170 deg. Yield: 6 servings. Diabetic Exchanges:
One serving (prepared with nonfat yogurt and without added salt)
