Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Milk
1/2 c Rice
1 ea Egg
1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Cook the milk and rice in top of double boiler until rice is
tender.Beat egg and sugar and add a small amount of rice mixture then
stir back into main rice mixture and add vanilla and nutmeg. Cook a
few minutes longer.
