Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

12 Hard-cooked eggs, peeled 2 tb Caraway seeds
Chopped 3 tb UP TO ...
6 Ribs celery, chopped 4 tb Prepared white horseradish,
5 Scallions or green onions, Drained
White part 2" green, 1 c Mayonnaise
Sliced Salt freshly ground black
12 oz Bacon cut in 1" squares, Pepper to taste
Cooked crisp drained 1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley

Gently toss the eggs, celery, scallions, bacon caraway seeds
together in a medium-size bowl to combine. Mix the horseradish and
mayonnaise and fold into the salad. Season to taste with salt
