2 tb Molasses
2 tb Chopped shallots
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
1 ts Chopped garlic
1/2 c Smooth peanut butter
In a small saucepan combine molasses, shallots, soy sauce, sugar,
lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic and 1 cup of water. Bring to a
boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter, stirring until
smooth. Pour into a pretty bowl for serving.
