1/3 c  Butter                                   -fillets cut in half
  1 1/2 ts Garlic powder                       1 lg Ripe tomato, sliced
  1 1/2 ts Basil leaves                       12 sl Montary jack Cheese
      2 tb Chopped green onions                2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
      6    Fresh sole or orange roughy    
 
  Heat oven to 350F.  In 13x9 baking pan melt butter.
  Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both
  sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half
  of fillets aside  other half place in pan...layer
  with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with
  remaining fillet half  sprinkle w/parm cheese. Bake
  for 25-35 min. or until fish flakes.
