1/3 c Flour Speed, slowly adding a

2 ea Egg whites Water at a time, until the

Mix together all ingredients -tex-
Let set for at least 30 minutes, before using.
Then dredge fish pieces in plain flour, shaking off ALL excess. You
only want a very thin coating on fish to make the batter adhere
better. Immediately dip fish in batter and fry in hot oil.
