Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 loaf Italian bread
1 stick butter, -- softened
6 cloves garlic, -- minced
Preheat broiler. Cut loaf lengthwise. Smear with butter. Sprinkle
garlic on top. Brown under broiler until golden. Serve hot.
