2 oz Turkey; cooked, sliced thin 1 Croissant; split
2 sl Tomato; sliced thin 1/4 c Chef-Mate Golden Cheese
1/2 oz Alfalfa sprouts - Sauce; heated
1. Place turkey, tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts on croissant.
Ladle Golden chese sauce over sandwich. Serve.
Makes 1 sandwich
