Main Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. water
Food coloring
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until "dough" sticks together. Work the dough. When cool, store in plastic container. (Serve with love). Makes 1 cup.
