Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Fresh or frozen cranberries 1 c Berry sugar
1 ea Orange cut in quarters 1/4 c Grand Marnier
Chop cranberries and orange in a blender or food processors. Add
sugar and grand marnier. Store in sterilized jars. Makes excellent
