1/4 c Apricot preserves -- or plum 1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
Preserves 1 ea Ham steak -- 2 lbs l in.
1 tb Mustard -- prepared Thick
1 ts Lemon juice
In a small saucepan, combine the preserves, mustard, lemon juice and
cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until thoroughly combined,
about 2-3 min. Score fat edges of ham. Grill over med. coals for 8-10
min. per side, brushing with glaze during the last few min. of
grilling. Yield: 6 servings.
