Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Commercial sour cream/French 1 lb Ground beef
-onion dip 4 ea Hamburger buns; buttered and
3 tb Fine dry breadcrumbs -toasted
1/4 ts Salt Commercial sour cream/French
1 ds Pepper -onion dip (optional)
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef;
stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Grill
over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with
additional sour cream dip, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
