Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 sl Ham -- baked 1 ds Salt
24 ea Asparagus spears -- cooked 1 ds Pepper
Drained 2 tb Swiss cheese -- shredded
2 ea Egg 2 tb Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 ea Egg yolks Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c Heavy cream Optional

Wrap each ham slice around 4 asparagus spears and place seam side
down in a greased 7x11 inch baking pan. Beat together eggs, yolks,
cream, salt and pepper. Pour over ham rolls. Bake at 350 deg. for
about 35 min. or until top begins to brown and the tip of knife
inserted in the egg mixture come out clean. Sprinkle with cheeses and
parsley, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
