1 ea Package lime-flavored 1/4 c Cold water
-gelatin 1 c Boiling water
2 c Hot water 1/2 c Frozen lemonade concentrate
1 ea 9-ounce can (1 cup) 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
-seedless white grapes, 1 ea 1-pound can (2 cups) fruit
-drained -cocktail
1/2 c Chopped celery 1 ea Package cherry-f1avored
1 ea Envelope (1 tablespoon) -gelatin
-unflavored gelatin 1 c Hot water

First layer: Dissolve lime gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Chill till
partially set. Add grapes and celery; pour into a 2-quart mold and
chill until firm. Second layer: Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup
cold water; dissolve in 1 cup boiling water. Add lemonade
concentrate; blend in mayonnaise. Chill till partially set. Pour over
lime layer and chill until firm. Third layer: Drain fruit cocktail;
reserve syrup, adding water to make 1 cup. Dissolve cherry gelatin in
1 cup hot water. Add reserved fruit-cocktail syrup. Chill till
partially set. Add fruit cocktail; pour over the layers in mold.
Chill till firm. Unmold on salad greens. Serve with Lemon Mayonnaise.
Makes 12 servings.
