Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

No Stick Cooking Spray 1 sm Red Pepper, diced
1 lb Small Red Potatoes, cubed 1/4 ts Thyme or Rosemary (optional)
Cooked 1/4 ts Salt
1 sm Onion, chopped 1/8 ts Ground Black Pepper

Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add
all ingredients. Stirring occasionally, cook 8 to 10 minutes or until
lightly browned tender.
