Brush this on steaks, fish, 2 ea Bay leaves
-seafood or any meat before 6 ea Black peppercorns
-grilling. Try 4 ea Mustard seeds
Also in salads. Fry 2 ea Onion slivers
-crouton in this. 1/2 c Canola oil, or olive oil
2 ea Garlic cloves, peeled
Place first 5 ingredients in any jar that holds 1/2 cup. Pour canola
oil over top. Cover. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 4 days
before using. Keeps up to 2 weeks ONLY. MUST be refrigerated.
