---------------------------- 2 tb Honey
4 ea Iowa Pork Chops (1" thick) 1 ea Clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c Apple cider 1/4 t Ground pepper
1/4 c Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour over chops arranged in
shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat
occasionally. Remove chops and place on grill (bone side on grill:
chops are not laying flat on the grill) about 6" above medium coals).
Grill for 40 to 50 minutes, basting every 10-15 minutes.
