Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 lb Frozen hash brown potatoes-
Thawed and drained
16 oz Cheddar cheese;grated
2 cn Cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c Sour cream
3/4 c Parmesan cheese;grated
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Place in a 9x13" baking dish. Top
with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. From: Misty Graves
